Advanced English and Professional Development for Federal Career Opportunities

 

Location: Georgetown University in Washington, DC

Requirements: US Citizens who are native speakers of Persian (Farsi)

Benefits: 6 month instructions, living expenses and relocation assistance.

The EHLS program is designed for naturalized U.S. citizens to build up the communication skills needed for government careers. It is the only program of its kind that combines Advanced English language training with Professional Communication skills and strategies. All accepted students will receive full scholarships covering tuition and a living stipend from NSEP.  The scholarship is available to native language speakers of Persian (Farsi) and some other languages.   Application is due on September 29, 2009, for more information please go to www.cal.org/ehls or email ehls@iie.org.
